Central Coast New Homes activity shows resilience as it sees a spike in new Home Builds.

Visiting a display home is an exciting part of the pre-construction process. It takes your ideas from floorplan to something tangible, something that you can see and touch.

Although there has been a slowdown in the property market nationally, new home building data published late last month by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) shows that the Central Coast region has shown resilience with activity in December and January, up on the previous year.

The local council approved 140 new homes, an increase on last year when national building activity remained fairly strong, according to the latest ABS data as reported by News Corp.

Furthermore, the value of residential construction in the Central Coast climbed to $39.9 million, strengthening the work prospects for local tradies.

The report also revealed:

  • all construction work, including non-residential, totalled $48 million;
  • $5.2 million in renovation work was approved;
  • houses accounted for 42 per cent of approved residential building projects.

The Central Coast results come as a welcome surprise to Elderton Homes as it officially launches its two new Display Homes at HomeWorld, Warnervale.

Both displays - The Bremer 25 and Endrick 35, are two of Elderton Homes’ most sought after single and double storey designs respectively, from the Ascend Series and cater to homebuyers of all budgets and lifestyles, from first home-buyers to growing families, investors and those wishing to downsize.

The arrival of both the Bremer 25 and Endrick 35 is a welcome addition to the area for those looking for stylish homes in the fast-growing region. Designed with families, couples and investors in front of mind, these designs offer a high standard of living without breaking the bank.

The Bremer 25 offers a very competitive price point, starting at $308,900 and The Endrick 35 has a starting price of $397,900.
